Question: What is BookProspector and what does it do with the items it purchases from libraries?

Answer: BookProspector is a used book company that buys items with the intent to resell them.

Question: How is it that there is no financial obligation on the part of the library and how is it that BookProspector is even able to pay for shipping?

Answer: BookProspector takes a risk when they purchase items, which it is hoping to be able to resell for a small profit.  It hopes by reselling some of the items purchased to recoupe shipping costs and other expenses.

Question: How and when does the library get paid for items purchased?

Answer:  The library's account balance is paid in full on the 10th of every month for all items that BookProspector has received by the 1st of the month.
